Hi-I’d like to give a brief summary about the book Playing in Traffic by Gail Giles. This book is about a girl called Skye and a boy called Josh. Josh a new kid at his school and he’s the ghost of the corridors. It took teachers weeks to learn his name. Then when they finally got it they didn’t use his name at all. Then Skye comes by and wants to hang out with the most invisible person of the school. He should of senn her coming because she had trouble writen all over her face. You should read this book because it will rock your world!

The book Reincarnation by Suzanne Weyn is a genre of it’s own. A romance novel, mixed with Historical fiction and a touch of mystery make this book interesting and hard to put down. Starting in prehistory a young man and a young woman fight over a precious green gem. They spend a short time together ; they feel an attraction that transcends their deaths. Years, Generations and centuries pass. Fate keeps drawing them together. Whenever their paths cross, they feel a strange attraction, an unexplainable affinity. It may seem unlikely, but some people are meant for each other, no matter how long it takes. This book is full of surprises, a great novel for any girl to read!

The Misfits

Have you ever had trouble fitting in at school? Do you ever wonder how life would be without your friends? I’m reading a great book called The Misfits by James Howe about a boy named Bobby. He and three other friends don’t really have the greatest social life in school, getting called and not really being paid much attention to. As one wise Addie said “Until there is LIBERTY and JUSTICE for AWWLL….let there be TRUTH in SILENCE!” This quote by Addie, a misfit, really shows how she feels and I would definitely say the same thing if I was in her situation. This book really taught me to appreciate my friends if they are popular or not. Maybe The Misfits can teach you some pointers too!!

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes books that have a weird twist.In the book when i reed it there was a lot of details and discriptive writing. The book is about a fat, nerdy kid who every one hates.Glass was the laughing stalk of the senior year, but then Rob and friends made a plan to make Glass into prince charming. When they do make him prince charming, disaster happens at prom night.When Rob made him get power,Rob and his friends get into a big loop hole. They thought “My world has shattered”.If you were Rob what would you expect Glass would do with all that power?

Second Child

“Did you hear me? I told you to come up here! Phyllis yelled. Did you ever wonder what it would be like to have an evil mom?I recommend this book to someone who likes horror. The story takes place on a beach. The main character is a girl named Teri. A problem arises when she moves in with her dad after a tragic death of her mom. The book has some good parts for instance when Teri discovers a ghost named D`Arcy. to sun it up I think the author was successful in making this book.

Ask Me No questions

Ask Me No Questions tells about a girl who wants to get here family back after 9-11. Did you ever wonder what it was like for the people in 9-11? One thing the book made me think about was how much people suffered in 9-ll. The most insteresting part was how the girl went all over the word looking for her family members. She wouldn’t give up even when she didn’t find any of her family members.I would recommend this book because if you like mystery books this will be a good book for you read. “I would never give up,” she cried.

Last Shot

My book Last Shot is an exiting basketball thriller. A boy named Steven Thomas becomes a journalist and is told to do a story on the Final Four of collage basketball. He soon finds out there is a huge mystery that will affect the whole tournament. “Sounds good to me” that is what many people say in this book because of all the great ideas there is. I recommend this book to anyone who likes basketball or anybody who enjoys a big mystery.

I have been reading the book Penelope by Marilyn Kaye. It’s about a girl that was born with a pig-like nose. Her parents try everything in their power so Penelope wouldn’t be the figure of ridicule. Penelope is the figure of ridicule until a fish-boy is born in a nearby country. ”My father would read me special versions of traditional fairy tales that he had rewritten just for me”. With the stories her father would write for her she would be cheered up and she would feel she wasn’t alone. I really recommend this to everyone that likes reading romance or maybe even fairy tales. Will Penelope ever get the chance at living a life without ridicule?

They are sent to live with there horrible cousin Count Olaf. He’s a terrible actor. Violet made an important quote “Theres always something.” This means theres always something to make live better.I recommend this book to anybody who likes horror and suspense.

The book So B. It by Sarah Weeks is about a girl named Heidi who’s mom says her name is So B. It. Heidi and her mom live next door to a woman named Bernadette who is like family to them. Heidi’s mom has a “bum brain”, as Heidi calls it. Heidi’s mom So B. It says “soof” a lot which makes Heidi wonder what that means. So Heidi buys a ticket to New York to go see Thurman Hill at Hilltop Home- a home for the mentally disabled. Once she gets there, Thurman Hill thinks that Heidi’s mom changed her name to Bernadette and sent her to get more money but Heidi just wanted to find out what “soof” means and if she has a grandmother. So Mr.Hills employee Ruby and her husband Roy take Heidi home with them and give her a place to sleep ad some food. Then Heidi goes back to Hilltop Home with Roy and finds out everything she came to know and more. You should read this book because it will explain to what most people will never be able to explain.

this is a great horror/fantasy book that is filled with 12 mini stories that will blow your mind away. From Alice in wonderland who said, “think of something and it appeared,” to Mama gone wich said,” But on the next day she rose from her grave and commenced to prey on the good folk of Taunton. If you need a book to read the Jane Yolens “Twelve impossibe things before breakfast” would be a great book for you!

A Non-Blonde Cheerleader in Love

I would recommend this book to someone who loves romance. I, personally, love to read romance. This book is SO awesome!!! It shows you the ups and downs of relationships. Kind of like a friend giving advise.

“Daniel grinned and my heart completely unclenched for the first time in days”. Annisa is always changing her feelings about Daniel. one minute they are saying I-love-yous and the next they are almost braking up.That is the most important message in this book.

The Supernaturalist

Did you ever wonder if there would be a book in the future? Well you can stop wondering because there is a book called The Supernaturalist. The is written by the same author as the Artemis Fowl series. this is about two young boys who were abandend by their parents and admmited to Clarrisa Frayne. They are tortured but when they get a chance to escape they take it. what they say is. “Okay Redwood. Maybe you could knock them around a bit first,that way we get to test some new pharmaceuticals.” Then they fall off a building and are electricuted and have a near death expierience and then see the blue creatures. That is how they become supernaturalist. I reccomend this book to anyone who likes fantasy books.

I thought that this was a fairly good book. It follows two boys named Harold and George that get in all kinds of trouble at school. “The boys found skateboards sling shots and fake dogie poo.”
I recommend this book to any body wanting a good laugh.

John the main character has a lot of battles to keep him under control. John thinks that, “a lot of people would just put that poor dog down.” But they keep no matter how crazy he is. You should read this book because it gives you the excitement of having an insane dog.

A boy named Clay is listening to petrifying tapes about a girl who’s name is Hannah Baker and and she commited suicide and Clay is one of the reasons. He is dying to know when he will come out on the list.

One thing this book made me think about you don’t need to be a girl to play soccer. One reason is when Gracies dad said “Wait tell you’re ready”. So it made me think just because your ready to kick the ball, you need to take your time for a free shot like that. Also is when her dad told her you are a girl you do not have the strength to play with the boys. So it made me think if i was her, I would tell him that is wrong and tell him why. I would recommended this book to girls that have a dream to play soocer, or who want to prove that they are the best. I would also think this book is just good for regular girls that like books that are sad and about sports. The book Gracie is great book for all ages.

Before I Die

In my book called Before I Die the main charater Tess has CANCER and she puts together a list of what she wants to do before she dies. in the middle of this story she has some difficulty with her family and has some problems with her brother accepting the fact that she has cancer and might die in the next few years. Most of time that list gets her in trouble when she asks her friend Zoey to join her in doing the list. There is alot of rule breaking involved in the list like stealing, drugs, and different adult things. Like in one part in the story her an Zoey went to a club and Zoey told Tess that she needs to get out of the house and have fun while they can. I would recomend this book to any person who likes sad yet thrilling stories!!!! Happy Reading!!!!!!

Secrets are always the best.” Then you just have to get the book to find out the rest of this story. This book was very exiting when I stooped I wanted to read more. The main message of this story is always trust a friend and never wait. I would recommend this book to whoever likes mystery books.

Grind

Grind is a book two skaters that does amazing tricks. Did you ever wounder if you can do fantastic tricks? The book grind tells about two kids that does tricks and the boys make the tricks look cool. the author describes skating tricks that look cool and famous skater. Another thing mentioned in the book is a famous skater. The book has some good parts like a boy landed a trick that the famous skater didn’t landed.

The Haunted Playground

The book The Haunted Playground tells about a kid named Gavin who likes to use his metal detector to look for some goodies. Except for one night when everything goes wrong, “but this playground comes with something extra a bunch of kids who have a mysterious treasure of their own.” At first, his waiting in the the playground until everyone leaves so he can use his brand new medal detector that he got. Then everyone leaves and he starts looking but doesn’t find anything so he leaves because it starts getting dark. Then he got home and he notices that he lost his valuable watch. Then they start playing keep away and Gavin gets mad. The kids feel sorry for Gavin, and they give the watch back. I would recommend this book to kids who need friends.

The book P.S. Longer Letter Laterr tells me about two girls who are best friends and got separated because one of them had to move to another city and even though they are miles apart they send letters to each other as one of the girls life passed by her dad started having problems at his work. They once talked to each other on the phone because their parents didn’t let the girls talk to each other and thats especially why they always talked by writing letters but at the end they see each other again and their parent start getting along.

Brian’s Winter

The problem was mom threw out all of Raspberry’s money, out the window and the next day their apartment was robbed and they were moving back to the streets. It made me think about how money can change you because with money you think that you have power and stuff like that. I would recommend this book to I don’t know. The good part is when Raspberry wanted her money back.

I think the author was successful in telling how his life was because it told every part of his life. To sum it all up, this is one of the best sports book ever.

He just knew she was going to say yes.” “No she said.” That teaches people not to give up.

One thing this book made me think of was about this girl being powerful and controlling everything like that page I read when she really want something. She brakes it or makes it come to her even though she wants to stop it and she can’t I also think that the girl is sicket and have vison. I also think that she moved schools because she wants to be populore and not be a loser like she was at here old school, so even thought I just started this book and wrote about I thought the book is going to be about all that because the tittle says Queen Bee So yes I do think that book make me think of all that. and I also think someone shold read this book because it is a teenage book to read and even thought it does not look cool you shouldl still get it because it is an entersted book to so that is why I think someone should read this about and see if they like it.

The Ever After is a place where all spirits go. When May falls into a lake, (which is a portal to the Ever After) she gets her sight back. Your sight is the ability to see ghosts. Everyone is born with it but soon loses it. With this ability, May needs help. With her house ghost, Pumpkin, May will have to go through many dangerous obstacle s to get out of the Ever After and back home.

Will the Evil Bo Cleevil suck her into nothingness? The book states “Bo Cleevil is all powerful and nothing can stop him!” The author tries to tell you to break out of your shell and not live your life in fear. You should read this book because it shows you that you don’t need to be afraid of every little thing.

The book has some good parts, for instants they take off on horses.

One thing about this book i really liked was it is not boring & doesn’t get boring. I think the author did a good job because she sold many more books.Tom sum it all up i just liked this book.

It’s Raining Benjamins

If you’ve ever heard of The Cheetah Girls, you might think that it is just a little girl’s story. After reading the book, It’s Raining Benjamins, I’ve learned that the Cheetah Girls dealt with the same teenage struggles as a normal high schooler these days. Boys, friends, and most of all, drama. Trying to make the big time and hit a record deal,, Chuchie and the other ones, Bubbles and Do re mi, must make money. Making their own Cheetah Girl neck wear and trying to sell it is a pain too. They come to many problems and even friendship breakers before making it. For example, when Bubbles stepped in dog crap. They all went to the school bathroom to wash her shoes in the exploding sink. All the pressure broke Chuchie down crying. Pressure from trying to sell the Cheetah Girl chokers, trying to pay her mom back for charging her credit card, and trying to hold their friendship together through all of the crisous. Will they work it out in this story? Or will the drama be too much to get through right now? I strongly recommend It’s Raining Benjamins to anyone who likes problems, conflicts, and lots of teenage logic.

Gaby that book sounds interesting and like its a very cool story i might read it.

I would recommend this book to someone who likes funny jokes like how to get a horse out of the bathtub is a funny joke like many others. I think the author tried to get that questions people ask everyday. The answers of the questions will always be funny. This book is good for funny people.

I think the auther was successful telling about this book because they made it seem so real. a sentence in this book is Professor Bender was one of many investigators who failed to salve the chilling mystery of the faces that appeard in the floor of the pereira family’s house.

A problem arises when Rue’s father gets taken away. It makes me think of what would happen if that happened to me.

I would recommend this book to someone who likes graphic novels. This book has some good parts. For instance, when Rue sees the fairies and a lot of other fairies.

I think the author was successful in telling the story of the great ending. To sum it al up, I liked how she saw her mother and father.

This story is based on a true story about a girl that their parents are getting back together. They want to get back together. When they get back together they wanted to be happy because they wanted a new start.Darcy the oldest was very mad with her father because after 16 years he did”t even call them to say hi or send so money.Darcy’s mom alway was working she could not get any help because Darcy and Jamee were very young. Darcy was 6 years old and Jamee the youngest was 2 years old do Darcy’s mom had to take her sister to work with her because she was to young to go to school.I’m interested in this story because this is what happed to my best friend thats in Mexico.The mean person in this story is Jamee’s boyfriend dad because he said that he was sick and was about to die and one of his ideas was that his son would brake up with his girlfriend. So Jamee’s boyfriend had to brake up with her and go out with this other girl he didn’t even know.

Marijuana is a book about the causes and effects of the plant. Another thing this book teaches that it is bad and has alot of consequences. i recommend this book to any one.
